Can you provide a fixed price quote?

Yes, we can provide fixed price quotes but it is often better to accept an hourly rate. Learn more about that here.

Can you beat competitors quotes?

Although we are confident our rates are highly competitive if you do receive a better quote, for an equivalent service, if you would like to still utilize our 5 star service we are happy to consider a price match or beat. It never hurts to ask us!

How long will my job take?

We can provide an estimate on your job based on experience however we cannot guarantee a job time however our goal for every job is to assist you to move as quickly and safely as possible. Learn more by reading what others have said about us by checking out our customer reviews here.

Will you be able to fit everything?

If you believe you have a lot of furniture or large items providing us a packing list or completing our moving calculator will allow us to help confirm if we can fit everything in one trip or organize a larger vehicle to assist with your move.

Are there any hidden charges after a quote has been provided?

No, we try and make it as simple as possible. Our quotes, unless otherwise stated, will include the team, vehicle, equipment, travel time and fuel charges. GST will be added to the final total.

How can we pay?

We prefer credit card payments for immediate processing. However we can also collect cash and accept bank transfers (for booking deposits only). A booking deposit is taken at the point of booking. ABN holders and registered businesses are able to open an account with us for a 7 day invoice.

Can you help disassemble / reassemble or build flat pack furniture?

Yes, we can help you with such items as part of our moving service. Please let us know you require this so we provide a suitable team.

Can we help with moving items too?

Yes, if you are capable to assist you are welcome to. However please be aware you do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for injury to yourself and damage to your items.

Can you do jobs outside of business hours / weekends?

Yes, we can. Learn more about our 24/7 services here.

Can you do regular runs for our business?

Yes, we can help your business for all your large deliveries or pickups with a flexible service to suit your requirement. Please contact us to discuss.

What sizes are your vehicles?

Our largest vehicle currently is a 4.5T truck similar to the ones you can hire at Budget. However we also have access to trucks up to 10T for larger house moves too.

Do you move pianos and other significantly heavy items?

Yes, we can help with pianos and other extra large or heavy items depending on vehicle and personnel availability with this experience.

What are items you cannot move?

We do not move items such as dangerous goods, illegal items or unsealed liquids or waste.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have insurance coverage for all items and property for our jobs. You can also reduce the excess on claims for a small charge. Simply select this option when booking.

What is the process if items are damaged in the move?

Please email us within 24 hours of your job being completed should you have a damage claim with information and clear photos of the damage so we can assist you further.

Do you have a COVID-19 policy available?
